The point of this list is that no part of The Criminal Spectrum is, "Good," per se.

This Spectrum is not to be used as a yardstick to gauge the notoriety of individuals, themselves, but rather the relative reprehensibility of the actions or lack of actions (where actions are required by law) that they either do or do not do that has to do with criminal activity.  

Victimism—abuse of the justice system in order to benefit via criminality as the victim of crime—is one pertinent target of this page. It is possible that because of victimism, the compensation of victims of crime can drive the cost of crime up over 100% more than the expense of mere straight forward criminal activity.

Victimism could be looked upon as being a system generated crime, in a way.

Sometimes medical people say that if they don't get enough money their charges will suffer unnecessarily. If that statement was made by people that you could think of as being criminals, you would probably like to hear that they were being charged with a crime.

People don't really actually need money. It is nice to have and matters seem to be a lot better because of our possession and use of it sometimes, but it is not necessary that money exists for life to exist. To say that you need to receive money or else someone whose situation is being controlled by you is going to be forced to suffer is an attempt at extortion, either unwittingly or intentionally, even if no fiscal compensation is obtained via the act. Extortion is a crime.

What does this information tell you? Who are the criminals? Who are the honest citizens? Maybe the question should be who are the honest criminals and who are the dishonest criminals. America is a funny place. It is an extremely interesting place. We have wonderful opportunities here at this time. If Americans make the correct decisions we/they will continue to enjoy the fruits of their beneficial mental metabolization, no matter the legalese. If not, the rest of the people around Earth will eventually vote them out of power via their own system of government.

It is impossible to travel in perfectly straight direction around a spherical surface. Then again, some arks of motion are more, or less conducive to the optimal resolution of issues and some are not.

The purpose of this page is to give you an overlay to use in any situation to help you trace out the reasons that propriety resides as it does in order to help you free yourself from unseen self destructive modes of behavior, which are only deemed appropriate, on an authoritative basis, because the results of those self destructive activities serve self interested parties that have a grip on the power and wish to retain it due to power's advantageous attributes. The reason that I oppose the authoritarian faction is that adherence to its dictates tends to impede the flow of valid unbiased information, which has a tendency to induce the sacrifice of the health and weal (well being) of the ruled class to the health and weal of the ruling class.

The purpose of this page is not to impede the activities of the ruling class, but rather to enhance it's member's comprehension of factors that require its attention, so that it may manage them properly, so that it can maintain health and weal throughout its domain, for the benefit of all of the members of that domain in a fair way, no matter what the members' of that domain's relationship with the controling power of that domain is.
